KNES 115 - INTERMEDIATE CYCLING/SPINNING
Units: 1
Designed to increase the studentís knowledge and skills in cycling/spinning. Emphasis on intermediate level cycling techniques including standing climbs, jumps, and sprints, used to improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 19 and 115.
