KNES 15 - INTERMEDIATE CYCLING AND SPINNING
Units: 1
Designed to increase the studentís knowledge and skills in cycling/spinning. Emphasis on intermediate level cycling techniques including standing climbs, jumps, and sprints, used to improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness (formerly KNES 115).
