FASH 204 - UNDERSTANDING APPAREL PRINCIPLES-AIMS CERTIFICATION
Units: 1
Learn about the business applications of the apparel industry using order processing and manufacturing software. Course will cover distribution, manufacturing and wholesaling using AIMS (Apparel Information Management System), an integrated order production and inventory control processing system. Students passing final exam will earn AIMS Certification.

FASH 207 - ECO-FRIENDLY FASHION TOUR
Units: 1
Learn how professionals in the Fashion industry are minimizing their businesses impact on the earth and "going green." Students will visit designers, retailers, textile manufactures and "eco-preneurs" to learn how they have become fashion crusaders with light footprints making sure that "green" never goes out of fashion again!

FASH 254 - FASHION IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Units: 1
Introduces students to the fashion industry environment in Southern California. Students will study such vital areas as the California Mart, garment district and design houses through a series of Friday class field trips.
