Covers OSHA policies, procedures, and standards; construction safety; and health hazards and controls. Upon successful completion of this course and final exam with a score of 75% or more the student can download and print his or her OSHA training certificate, and the OSHA 10-hour construction training course completion card will be mailed.

ELEC 201 - Residential Wiring
Units: 4
Provides practical classroom and hands-on laboratory instruction for wiring one and two-family homes according to National Electrical Code (NEC) rules. Planning, service equipment, wiring methods, lighting, kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC equipment, and remodeling are covered, with an emphasis on safety requirements and procedures. Formerly offered as ET 201.
