Why do I receive an error message?
You will receive an error message if your account cannot be recognized or you do not have any recovery methods available.
In this case you will need to contact your student or employee helpdesk.
Why is my new password not accepted?
Your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 8 characters in length
- Contain at least 1 uppercase letter
- Contain at least 1 lowercase letter
- Contain at least 1 number
- Contain at least 1 nonalphanumeric character (example: ! @ # $ %)
